Sales and Marketing Manager

BALIKPAPAN

Responsibilities :

Participate in OHS training and hazard identification, assessment and control of workplace hazards.
Cooperate with the company in managing safety in the workplace.
Follow all safety instructions and use personal protective equipment provided.
Report all injuries, incidents and hazards in accordance with company procedures
Ensure customers are aware and offer training in OHS requirements through CTS.
Promote and ensure safe work practices with internal and external customers.

Requirements :

Would prefer to have qualifications in Sales and Marketing Department and knowledge of selling product of mining rental equipment
Bachelor's degree (min) in engineering or marketing-related subject.
Good interpersonal, communication and advanced administrative skills.
Self-motivated and hard working.
Prefer multinational mining rental equipment company

PT. Natarang Mining is an underground gold and silver mine and processing plant
at its Way Linggo project – Lampung Sumatera



SENIOR METALLURGIST
Way Linggo Project is located in Southern Sumatra and situated within the highly prospective Trans Sumatran Fault. It is a 4th generation Contract of Work (Mining Title) covering an area of 100km2.

Way Linggo Project contains high grade, narrow vein, low sulphidation epithermal gold and silver deposits that are extracted utilising simple, underground non-mechanised mining methods. It is a low cost gold producer generating high cash flow.

The processing plant consists of a conventional crushing, SAG and ball mill circuit and employs a Merrill Crowe circuit to extract gold and silver.

The candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering, minimum of 7 years experience in continuous improvement environment and exposure to base metals and or gold processing

The Senior Metallurgist will be responsible for fulfilling quality control functions within Metallurgical and Quality Control Divisions and provide the division with metallurgical skills.

Your roster will be 28 days on and 14 days field break.

To be considered for this position, the following are the qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications in metallurgy, Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering.
• Possess skill and understanding of metallurgical processes used in gold extraction.
• Metallurgists are concerned with the physical and chemical behaviour of metals.
• Familiarity with metallurgical accounting and control systems.
• A high level of understanding of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
• Has sufficient knowledge of the relevant environmental legislation
• Good computer skills with the ability to use an integrated management system, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Designing and controlling processes to separate metals from ore.
• Monitoring and testing for corrosion.
• Developing ways to improve metals by making them stronger or more adaptable;
• Have people effectiveness as well as safety, health, environment and quality.
